Where to check whether Pantech is healthy, and where incidents are written up.
The status page
status.pantechdynamics.com shows live checks on the platform and a write-up of every incident. It is hosted apart from the console, so it still answers when the console does not.
Check it first when something stops working for no reason you can find. If an incident is open, the fix is ours; you do not need to open a ticket to tell us.
In the console
Help & first step shows the same picture in brief: whether every check is passing, and the date and summary of the last incident. The account menu at the top of the console links to the status page too.
When it is not us
If the status page is green and something is still wrong:
- Check the machine's Metrics tab. A full disk or memory exhaustion looks a lot like an outage.
- Try the serial console. If it works when SSH does not, the problem is networking or a firewall rule.
- Open a ticket, with the machine attached.
