    Your profile and account

Update your details, change your email or password, and delete your account when you are done with Pantech.

Open Profile from the account menu at the top of the console.

    Details

Your name, phone number, gender and address. They go on your invoices and are not shown to anyone outside your organization. Change any of them and press Save details.

    Change your email

Press Change email, enter the new address and your password (and a code from your second factor, if two-factor is on). We send a 6-digit code to the new address: enter it and press Confirm new email. Until you do, you keep signing in with the old one.

    Change your password

Press Change password, enter your current password and the new one twice (at least 8 characters). You are signed out everywhere, this browser included, and sign in again with the new one. If two-factor is on, you also confirm with your second factor.

Forgot it? Reset by email sends a link to set a new one, the same as for a forgotten password.

If you sign in with Google, there is no Pantech password: changing your email needs one, so press Set a password first.

    Two-factor

Turn two-factor on or off, add passkeys and security keys, and make new recovery codes. See two-factor authentication.

    Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your login and signs you out everywhere.

    • Organizations only you own are deleted too, with everything in them, and any credit left in them is not refunded. They must be empty first: no machines, volumes, networks or snapshots, and nothing owed.
    • Organizations you share, you leave. Everything in them stays.

To delete it, press Delete account under Delete account, enter your password and confirm with Delete my account.

Two cases cannot be deleted from the console yet:

    • With two-factor on: turn it off first.
    • If you sign in with Google: there is no password to confirm with. Contact us instead.
