    Notifications

Your inbox in the console, which emails we send, which ones you can turn off, and where they go.

    Your inbox

Notifications, in the account menu, starts with your inbox: replies to your support tickets, accepted invites, and anything else that needs a look, newest first. Open one to go where it points. All shows everything, Unread what you haven't opened.

The email settings are below it.

    We send few emails

There is no marketing list, no digest and no newsletter attached to your account. What we do send is something you would want to know about, and you choose most of it under Notifications in the account menu.

Only Owners and Admins can change these settings, and they apply to the whole organization.

The page shows which ones are locked on. The ones you cannot turn off are the ones that stop you losing data without knowing: running out of credit, and something being destroyed.

Tick or untick each one, then save. The page tells you when you have unsaved changes.

    Where they go

    • Primary email: the Owner's verified address.
    • Billing email: statements and receipts go here instead of to Owners and Admins. Set it to your finance team's address, or leave it empty to stop sending them separately.
